Hey y’all! Welcome back to my vintage kitchen! Today we’re making a yummy pasta dish with my very favorite Boursin cheese. This comes together easily and would work great for a family weeknight meal or you could dress it up with bread and a nice salad for a dinner party. You can make it your own by using different types of pasta and you could also add spinach at the very end and let it wilt, as a great addition. Let me know if you try it and what you think.
