Internet Detectives Are Convinced Riley Green & Megan Moroney Are On Vacation Together

The number of people who spend time combing through social media to generate conspiracy theories is simply insane… where you do you find the time?

We are not even a month into the new year, and Riley Green has already found himself wrapped up in a new romance rumor. After the Alabama native released “You Look Like You Love Me” with Ella Langley last year, fans quickly wondered if the two were sparking a romantic flame. The thought wasn’t too far-fetched given they had spent a good chunk of the year on the road together and will be on the road in 2025 together for the Damn Country Music Tour, combined with the release of their second duet, “Don’t Mind If I Do.” Not to mention they have pretty greta musical chemistry.

However, Green repeatedly denied the rumors, even saying Ella was “probably too smart” to date him during his appearance on the Viall Files Podcast.

“Yeah, I mean, Ella’s probably too smart to date me anyway. But I think that’s kind of the country music fan, like, they love the Tim McGraw and Faith, and the George and Tammy. And when we fist started having the success we did with that song, I kinda told Ella, I was like, ‘There’s gonna be a lot of things said, but I mean, you don’t really have to play into it or not play into it, its gonna be something people enjoy the same way we do when we go listen to those songs.’

It’s cool to have that one and have that moment onstage with her every night. The title track to my album is called ‘Don’t Mind If I Do,’ and that’s a really big song, so it’s cool to have that one with her and that’s a completely different type of song.”

Since shutting down that rumor, Green has spent time out of the limelight, avoiding dating rumors at the end of 2024. But he’s starting 2025 with fans questioning if he might be cozying up with Megan Moroney.

Moroney kicked off the new year on a beach, taking some vacation time before she embarks on her Am I Okay? headlining tour. However, thanks to the work of some social media detectives, it appears that Riley Green is vacationing in the same spot as Moroney.

Coincidence? Well, we will let you come to your own conclusions…

Moroney posted a makeup-less, beach hair selfie sharing the location as Saint-Jean, Saint Barthélemy.

Shortly after sharing that this was her location, Riley Green began posting images of a beach resort with the same view as one in Saint-Jean, Saint Barthélemy. Some fans even commented on Megan Moroney’s selfie, implying that these two might have been vacationing together.

“Riley Green?! Okay ma’am.”

“Soo rumor has it Riley Green is with you.”

“Riley Green happens to be there, too.”

“Riley Green is in St Bart’s too.”

“Are you with Riley Green?”

Check out the viral investigation on TikTok and once again, draw your own conclusions. However, it does seem rather convenient that these two picked the same tropical location and very similar travel dates.

Of course, a number of fans commented that Riley was there after her, some argued that he is dating someone else (who you can try and look up on your own time). Regardless, I am a sucker for any rumors of who Riley Green is with.

Hiding  In Plain Sight? 

Wouldn’t it be the ultimate surprise if Megan Moroney and Riley Green had been hiding their romance in plain sight? In the fall, Megan Moroney filled in for Ella Langley in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The two performed a beautiful rendition of the hit song and looked very comfortable on stage together. Green and Moroney sat on barstools while performing. Given the number of times Green has performed the lyrics live, he was very comfortable with them, and for her first time singing the song live, Moroney crushed it.

Was this time on stage together the beginning of a romance? Who knows, but if they are getting to know each other, this is one helluva story of how things started between them.
