‘Yellowstone’ Fans Debate Over Very Important Question: “Who’s Hotter, Rip Or Kayce?”

Let the debate begin.

Of course, the hit TV show Yellowstone is officially over as of this past December, and while it was sad to see it end, I feel like they were kind of losing the plot in the last couple of seasons. And especially considering the  departure of star and head Dutton, Kevin Costner, it was just time to wrap it up.

But I will say, I’ll definitely miss seeing those cute cowboys on my TV every week… I know, it’s shallow, but they were hot, and Taylor Sheridan got the casting right in that department. Of course, as many fans of the show have discussed over the years, two of the shows biggest stars, Rip Wheeler and Kayce Dutton, played by Cole Hauser and Luke Grimes, respectively, were fan-favorites of the ladies for obvious reasons.

I find that most people are staunchly on one team or the other, and full disclosure, I have been team Kayce since day one… most of my friends are too, but my grandma is fiercely on team Rip, so maybe it’s a generational thing? I don’t know, but every woman I know certainly has strong opinions on it.

And a couple days ago, a Reddit user posed very important question, and these are the kinds of debates I find refreshing in this hyper-political day and age live in:

“Who’s hotter, Rip or Kayce?”

The comment found fans very quite divided, with everyone sharing who and why they find most attractive out of the two leading Yellowstone men:

“Rip for me. Right after Kevin Costner, who I have lusted for since 1987. I’d find Kayce more attractive if he did a little more bathing and washed his filthy hat.”

“As far as my personal physical preference, neither. I don’t like beards and I don’t like blonds. Jamie is more my type physically, lol.”

“I do like Rip’s fit better – and he looks cleaner; Kayce’s greasy hair and sweat stained hat kinda makes him look dirty. Also, Kayce’s perpetual mopey-face and whining about his childhood is kind of a turn-off.”

“Rip had a worse childhood than Kayce and he doesn’t walk around b*tching and moping and bringing it up every five minutes. Rip lives in the present and doesn’t dwell on past sh*t which I guess makes him a more attractive choice if I had to choose one.”

“Rip is insanely sexy!”

“Kayce is a b*tch.”

“For me the hottest is Jake, John 2nd, but Rip before Kayce.”

“Kayce for sure.”

“RIP!!”

“Kayce has always reminded me of Pigpen from the old Peanuts cartoons. The one with the dirt cloud that hangs around him.”

“Kayce. Rip is just too annoying.”

“Rip lol, Kayce just looks like a skinny greasy guy with dirt on his face all the time.”

“Rip. No question.”

For those of y’all saying Kayce looks “dirty” and it’s gross, are you okay? He’s a cowboy who works outside all day, with his hands, wrangling animals and riding horses… I think him being a little dirty actually makes him cuter, but maybe that’s what’s wrong with me and is a whole other personal issue…

Either way, I think we can all agree that we wouldn’t be mad if either one of them walked up to us in a bar…
